Guest guest
Hi Debbie: I am bothered by knee pain most every day - I have OA in both knees - OA was visable on knee x-rays. I have had several knee injuries over the years and have had extensive surgery on the right knee. My knees are pretty much constantly stiff and sore, so I can relate totally with your pain. You should try both the heat and the ice and see which one feels better, everybody is different as to what works better for them. You might also, if heat works, want to try those heat patches or icy hot (I love that stuff). Also, rice socks are great on the knee joints, forms right to them, and I use them quite a bit when my knees ache. I hope your knee pain lessens soon - hang in there - Kathe in CA --- deebs87 <dlohf@...> wrote: > Hi all, > > My knees hurt if I walk on them too much, or bend > them more than 45 > degreees too much.
