Guest guest
Hi Debbie...I was advised by my physician to take calcium citrate on an empty stomach, but calcium carbonate with food. I take a majority of calcium citrate as what I have researched 'seems' to indicate we absorb more of that. However, YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary : ) . My best friend had her thyroid removed because of cancer over a year ago, and has been a stubborn lady about getting in enough calcium. I am so glad you are taking adequate (hopefully) amounts. Gentle hugs... Tess
