I have the same problem with both my fingers and toes when I go outside when

it is cold. I also have it happen if I hold something cold for a little

while. I do not know if you have this or not, but I have Rahnids Syndrome

which

causes this problem. I am not a Dr. but you could ask your Dr. about it.

If you are having cold fingers and toes, you also need to have your thyroid

checked out. TSH, free T4, Free T3, and antibodies. There is a thyroid

symptoms check list found on http://www.thyroid-info.com/
