Guest guest Posted February 12, 2002 Report Share Posted February 12, 2002 I want to stress to you guys that if your sick or feeling crappy garlic is the best thing you can do, better than any medications! Trust me I am 100% better and I attribute a big part of that to my garlic and also the juicing I am doing. I worked my early shift and still had energy to hit the gym, did weights and cardio and feel great. It really works. Tonight I am making organic Caesar salad and homemade chicken and veggie soup with free range chicken and fresh organic veggies. In the am I make a big juice with fresh grapefruit and oranges, and then at lunch I ate humice which is full of good stuff, like beans and sesame seeds and lots of calcium. I am also drinking lots of water, and it seems to be helping allot,I hope everyone here is feeling good and drinking their juices!
