Guest guest
Stacey, What a beautiful story! I'd love to see a picture of you two together. Your son must be delighted to know he has a big sister! Blessings to you. Amy Personal off-topic update Hi all. Just wanted to share one of the happiest moments of my life with you all, since many of you have become good pals, (and you silent lurkers can just bear with me please for a moment.)!! I was just reunited with my daughter last Friday who I had given up for adoption at a young age – a choice for which I have never had regret. She will be turning 20 years old this July. It has been the perfect adoption story – she had an amazing childhood, loves and respects her adoptive parents, is in college with a double major, etc. Since most of us are science junkies, I have been extremely blown away by the power of genetics, as she is so much like me in not only looks, but temperament and quirky personality traits that it is almost eerie… I am proud to admit that I make children who are not only beautiful, but incredibly intelligent and hell-bent on making the world a better place! Go figure… I just bought her a plane ticket, and she will be coming out to stay with us for a week at the end of this month! I am too excited for words, but wanted to share this incredible moment.
