Guest guest
I don't think there is anything beyond belief about your daughter saving the world. We talk about accepting people from other cultures. If we can't even accept that some of us are autistic, I don't think there is much hope for other hurdles. Who knows. Maybe in a larger sense autisic children are here to save the world. Albrecht Rebekah wrote: That is so cute!! It is wonderful to see the innocence in them and appreciate it. Guest guest
I to know of many on spectrum who are of strong in humanity issues. teh youngest son of me is of aspergers but he wanted tob eof president to stop homeless and hunger those were the only two thing he wanted to fix / he felt that no one should not have a home of thier own and or healthy food each day. For me the heart of me is of much for the cultures that live under oppression such as Cuba and some of the south americas peoples and the africa area. no one should be to live life not being able to express their beings, to pursue personal dreams and to have freedom of choices to pursue that which they will for them own personhood. I to always also had of strong heart to not just autism but many other disablities too. There are many things out there much worse to be told than autism such as having a child be born with the same as loenzo's oil? and or cancers that are not curable, to be have a baby born without a face, to be of born siamese twins in such a way that it limits both their lives so much but to separate causes the parents to have to chose which baby will be saved and which will die, sizures so severe the child losses all dignity in life by the odd stares and they canot be to leave of he home and life life as a prisoner to the life of seizures because they are of so severe and nothing can help of them. there is of families who have no means of birth control and they live in severe poverty in the third worlds, and the mothers give birth over and over knowing that their chidlren may never survive past age of 2 so the world is of a mess. the world is of mass pain and suffering , I to have much internal fears and stresses over things things because it causes me deep unsettled feelings to know the extend of the real truths of life. So while autism is of a journey I to not see it being as devasting as other things can be. for some yes the child might be severely involved and consume every second of the families lives to just get through a day. But it does not have to be that way if the systems would do and fund some of hte most basic of things and often times that is of the battle. But for some they come to a place to see the beauty and blessing that this brings to, it does not mean they are consumed by the grief at the cost of the whole family as that is of not healthy, but all good parents want of the best for their kids and in this life a healthy balanced parent is of the best gift they can be to give to their childrens. For many the autism is not going to go away. for some things will get of better, for some they will reach a place of being indistinguishable. I to need to close as have to go to my Dr. Amigos soon and need to get of my lunch going and working towards leaving the home as that is of at times a lengthy process for me.
