the way i figure it... if there are more bad days than good, then you may

want to think about meds.

Anti depressants are not used only for depression, but also for pain

treatment. It helps you sleep better and that makes it better for you during

the day. There are more than meets the imagination. My wife uses them for

pain of shingles and I use them for sleep, and it works for both of us. It

doesn't hurt to try them for a little while to see if they help. You can

always quit them if they don't help.
