Not to mention the average weight gain over time on Depo is 30

pounds. Of course there will always be exceptions, but I'm talking

about averages. A thousand parents could tell me that their kids got

all their shots and they're " fine " so that proves vaccines don't harm

anyone, but that will never undo the fact that the flu shot almost

cost my sweet baby her life. Not her " normal " life, but her very

life. This is not only and aesthetic issue with Depo, but a health

issue and predisposes young girls to diabetes and other chronic

health problems. It's well worth weighing all the risks and benefits,

as with any decision we make for ourselves and our children, if they

cannot decide for themselves.
