Wouldn't that be nice?This theory has been around for decades, but my rheumy sez it has no more success is blind studies than the placebo effect. She will gladly let patients try it and has some patients on minocycline, I think it is....but it is their idea, not hers. In her practice, she has not had success with this (again, anymore than the placebo effect) . Some swear by it, but the numbers do not back it up, as I understand it Otherwise, we would all be on antibiotics instead of prednisone!
