Guest guest
I actually learned to meditate for my migraines when I was 12. I honestly believe if I had not learned it, I probably would have attempted suicide on more than one occasion during a severe migraine. I have also delivered two children with nothing more than pitocin to help me along and the meditation to help me through it. One of which was delivered during the time that I was being diagnosed with my current illnesses. So I absolutely believe pain and meditation work for me. Probably about two times a years my migraines get to the point where I can't handle it on my own any longer and I go to the ER... thats where I've been at lately with the RA. Like last night, my ankle hurt to the point where it felt like it was going to pop from the inside out... if that makes any sense... and it wasn't constant... It came and went like contractions (yes, I know I sound crazy, LOL) After about 8 hours of that, I wasn't sure I could take anymore, but then it seemed to relax a bit... my ER is only about 3 miles away and at 11 pm chances are I'd be the only patient there... but I guess my worry is more on how I'd be received since even my family rolls their eyes when I limp... does that make sense? Thanks for your response. Hope you are having warm days and sleep filled nights. kerri sue --------------------------------- Photos Got holiday prints?
