Guest guest
Hi Debra: Welcome to the group! This group has the most compassionate and supportive people! And our moderators, and a, are the best at finding us information when we need it, and post interesting articles, etc. that they have found in their seemingly exhaustive searches of the internet! I have RA and developed FM after that. I don't think that when you have FM you are more prone to RA or associated autoimmune diseases, but do feel that those with RA, etc. can be prone to developing FM. That is what happened to me, and several members in this group have also been dx with FM after first being dx with RA, Lupus, etc. I also belong to the Fibromyalgia/CFS support group in groups, and maybe you could also check that one out. It does sound like you have FM symptoms and associated problems. Let's hope that you never develop anything else! Take care - Kathe in CA Kathe " To ride a horse is to borrow freedom. Guest guest
Hi Kathe, Thanks for your kind note. So far everyone here is very nice. Even though I don't have RA I do have chronic joint problems. Most likely OA but never been told that. Hope no one minds if I talk about OA joint problems. Debbie L -- In , Kathe Sabetzadeh <lv2ryd@...> wrote: > > Hi Debra: > > Welcome to the group!
