Guest guest
Hi Jeff. Im a couple of days late on this conversatioon, but yup, a's right, it is most likely a bunion. I have one on both feet and they cause excrucitating pain. It dosnt help that I wait tables. One of the biggest problems I have though, is finding shoes that fit. Often it is like putting a square peg in a round hole. And then the amount of time it takes for the shoes to break in enough to accomadate the bunion, is a VERY painful, long amount of time. The good news is you can have them removed through surgery (not me cause Im broke with no insurance!) BUT my rheumy was very insistant that when I do eventually get the surgery, it is done by a orthopedic surgeon, NOT a pediatrist. This is because the orthopedic guys know a lot more about RA. Best of luck to her. It really is a painful situation. --- a Papola <a54@...> wrote: > Hi Jeff. Is this bump on her big toe?
