Guest guest
I did not know you had all these problems too. Isn't it enough to drive you crazy!? Mine is singing so loud right now. I can not stand to be in a totally quiet room or inside the car without the air blowing. Of course this is totally opposite from my mom. Even though she has developed this tinnitus since she fell last year down the stairway. She really had a bad head injury. It terrified me. Well I am going to make this short tonight. I have been running a fever and it is doing its best to make it to the 103 range. I am sweating profusely from all this activity of typing a few words. This is ridiculous. I just sat down here. I am going to get the keyboard wet. Take care and have a nice lazy Sunday. With love, Mandy I want to remember to ask you some questions sometime about your sinus and ENT stuff. Maybe you can help remind me, Now off for a towel. And yes, they do throb when laying on my side - kind of like a heartbeat in your ear. I've had big-time ENT issues since childhood, including two sinus surgeries back in the early 90's, plus TMJ thrown into the mix - and currently the chronic sinusitis. I'm not taking anything for the sinusistis, I just deal with it. Sometimes it's difficult to determine exactly which issue is causing the pain. Like Mandy, I'll turn the fan on and will sometimes pop in a CD of soft music and put it on a continuous loop. The soft music is also a nice thing to wake up to. Guest guest
*I have been having this same type of problem with my ears. I notice it happens at night when I am trying to fall asleep. It's a humming--kind of numbing-- feeling and sound. During the day on occasion I get a high pitch sound in one ear which has been going on since childhood.* ** *, Oregon* > > Add me to the list of folks with the constant high shrill sound in the > ears; mine have been like this since I was a child. Guest guest
I had tinnitus when I took, oh, what's that medication you take at night for cramps in the legs? I can't remember but it gave me tinnitus really bad. > > > > Add me to the list of folks with the constant high shrill sound in the > > ears; mine have been like this since I was a child. Guest guest
, That's pretty much how it is for me everyday... night time is usually worse, b/c it's quiet and there aren't as many " background " noises to mask it. Mine is constant! And it's so bad that my hearing is affected. Mostly high-pitched during the day (or so it seems) and at night, high pitched with loud humming that sometimes ascends to a roar. My husband's snoring can sometimes drown it out though. lol... Mention it to your doc, in case it's some of your meds. Take care, Gail KC wrote: *I have been having this same type of problem with my ears. I notice it happens at night when I am trying to fall asleep.
