becasue of the fibro. and low back pain.

walking the dog became a real no no.

I can not stand hardly at all. but found that I could get a

wheelchair with no side wheels. and walk in the chair while

supporting my lower back, & if I came to a incline, I could turn the

chair around and walk the chair up the inclin back wards.

I can go to store, push the cart with hands, while sitting in

w/chair,

(took the foot rest off the w/chair) & walk all over the store.

the church that I belong to, is large & has may wings. with inclines.

so during the bad seasons, I go there & walk in chair through the

church.

& on good days I walk the parking lot.

I might add that I made sure the w/chair was light & alummum.

I can maintain my indepedance, & do the things that I need to do.

well all except I have not figured how to do my laundry. the apt

that I live in is a four plex, & the laundry room is down at the

other end of the apts. & have to get to the laundry room from the

out side. with a tree on the other side of the side walk.
