I think all's well for now. I have planned to use my regular diet, a

'see-food' diet. It's worked for me until now, so it should still be a good

approach. LOL

I still don't know much about A-Fib but will try to learn more when I have

the time. I have the feeling I may have to stay out of the heat and hydrate

more, especialy with the Sjogrens being so active now.

Thanks for the wishes. I'm thankful that I'm not in as bad a shape as some

of you, of so it seems. I'll be counting my blessings, and saying prayers

for everyone else.
