I've never heard of Emla -sounds like they're pretty much the same thing as

Lidoderm. Have you asked your rheumy?

Hi Pat,

Not yet. I was waiting to see if anyone tried them. How many

lidoderm patches do you get per rx? Since I have to pay $25 for the

Emla I hope the rx has at least 30 patches in it to make it

worthwhile. Does the lidoderm take away your pain?
