Hi Annie,

I have had fibro since 1992. Light weight exercise helps my muscles.

Yoga does, also. Since I don't have a pool or hot tub I can't do water

exercise. My gym has a pool and they will have water aerobics next

month. Water exercise is much easier on your joints and muscles.

My stronger pain reliever is Darvocet N. I take it when I have severe

pain like in my shoulder now. But I don't take anything that causes

drowsiness if I have to drive anywhere. So I take most of them in the

evening. My muscle relaxant Soma helps with my fibro flares.
