It does take time for the medications to get into our

system to start working - sometimes up to 3 months,

but if the Plaq does not seem to be helping at 10

weeks, I

would let my doctor know. He could either add another

DMARD to it, or change to another DMARD. There are

lots of great meds now for us, and I am sure they can

find the ones which will help you. It just takes a

while to get it right. What is the other med you are

taking? I took the Plaquenil twice a day, and I

believe it was 200 mg. each time.

Anyway, call your doctor and let him know of your

situation. There is no reason that you should have to

live with pain when there is help available. Take

care and I hope that today is a less painful day -
