They try to start with the minimal amount of meds, hoping that will control your RA. If it dosnt, they begin adding others hoping that a combo will work for you. Is the MTX alone working? It's hard to tell if the MTX is wor ing yet. I feel li e such poop from Friday until Wednesday, then I ta e it again on Thursday night. I also had my first cortizone shot in my nec for a bad dis there and that has helped my whole spine, where I have severe OA. I go bac to the doc on the 24th, we're going to have to ma e some changes.
