HI Marina,

I'm not , but I'm forwarding you a link from an article I recently

read. I've got the same problem with my rheumy --doesn't believe the

spine is directly affected by RA. However, my neurosurgeon does -- he

said that he sees the cervical spine in particular affected by RA

Hi ,

Great articles on the effects of RA on the spine! Thanks for your

research.

Yes, I decided, based on my doctor's ignorance of this and ignorance of

other issues, to find another rheumatologist. I'm hoping I can find

someone good who is in-network on my insurance plan. My benefits aren't

great, but the out-of-network costs are out-of-sight!
