You know what date your weigh in is each month and it is up to you to book in (or ask) for the weigh in and measure. I think it is good to see your progress and it keeps you honest when they ask about your diet, water intake, exercise over the month etc.. The girls are always very positive and if you gain weight they are more about helping you to work out why or how to improve for next month, they don't make you feel bad or negative or anything like that. I also like to collect my $3 curves for weighing in. I have already collected enough cash to buy 4 t-shirts which I love and wear everytime I go. Don't have to think about what to wear. Put on some trackie pants, grab a Curves shirt and I'm out the door. Cheers > > - do you have to get weighed? I mean not every one is going > to lose weight are they?
