Survived the storm

Hi Everyone,

I am happy to say that the hurricaine gave Florida alot of rain and wind.

Some of the bands caused torrnados all around me. And some of the thunder storms

were so bad that my house shook. I guess the only casulty of the storm was my

bed. See, My golden retreviever who is 90 pounds tried to get herself under my

bed during one of the bad thunder storms. Well due to her not being a small or

even a lap dog she managed to move my bed across my room. The bed knocked down

alot of things on my night stands. It was actually very funny and I was laughing

so hard that I could not yell at her. I felt so bad for her so we went into

another bedroom that is on the otherside of the house and sleeped there. My dogs

name is scrappy and she is very spoiled as you can tell. Haha

I went to the eye doctor on monday and I am loosing more vision in my right

eye. The doctors are trying to find other treatments besides surgery. I am going

to keep me fingers crossed. I also went to the Infectious Disease doctor. She

was concerned because i was running a low grade fever and all my joints are red

and swollen. The doctor feels I should be admitted to the hospital for IV

antibiotics. I asked her to try oral antibiotics first. I have to let her know

how I am tomorrow and if I still feel as bad as I do now she will admit me into

the hospital. I do not want to be in the hospital so I am hoping the antibiotics

help.

I want to thank all of you for the caring and support that I have recieved

from everyone. It helps me to know I have people who understand and will not let

me give up. I know at least one person who kick my butt if I did not continue to

fight( you know who you are ). It means so much to me to know I am not alone.
