Thanks so much for sharing about Felty's syndrome. I

have learned so much from this group. It sounds like

a very serious condition what with the infections and

leg ulcers, as well as the spleen involvement - I hope

that you are not too troubled by these. How long have

you had RA? Was it untreated for a long time before a

diagnosis was made? If I am being too nosy, just let

me know, but to me, knowledge of anything connected to

RA will be of help to me in continuing to learn about

this disease. After 7 years, I am still learning!

Thanks for your interest in me!! You're not being nosey!! I will be dx a year

next month. Sometimes I can't believe it's been a year and sometimes I feel

like it's been forever. I have had joint problems and had nodules on my elbows

since my late teens. I have had my blood checked several times, but I was not

dx until I was 31. I am still sero-negative, but I am finally being treated. I

do get nervous about winter and getting colds etc. because it takes me forever

to recover from colds. I seem to be doing okay right now but I take it day by

day.
