There are lots of wee young'uns here - but perhaps not so active on the board, all too busy out there socialising I would say.

If you are not 100% sure about the band, then do some research - read all you can, go to some information nights and chat to us. I can say that it dosent matter what your age, the band has something to offer you. I will say to you tho, it is a long term relationship. You dont get a band, get to goal and have it out, its for life, not for Christmas. So you have to really love it - I love it most days and today I love it a bit more. I went to see a nurse that I have saw last about 6 years ago when I did a test at the obesity clinic at RPAH. She was stunned and couldnt get over my results and I am about 10kg heavier than I want to be. So I left there very happy, very much loving my wee band buddy.
