so if one is of to learn of the diet and want of to be of healthy and

to lose of weight which 3 foods would you be of to eliminate of you

diet? I to want of to make of some changes to me for to lose of weight

and to gain of better over all health to me.

So this will be of part of my over all changes for this year. Cant

change the whole of my diet yet but if can take of three new things for

this year to make of changes too can adpat to that hopefully.
