Guest guest
I got this from someone on a board not even associated with health, it just came up in conversation. Any thoughts or comments on this? I've heard that fish-oil caps aren't good, you need real fish. Right or wrong or both? Dennis in Eastexas " It's not Rocket Surgery " http://www.mercola.com/blog/2004/jan/13/nearly_all_Rheumatoid Arthritis_patients\ _low_in_vitamin_d I know eliminating transfats (hydrogenated fats) helped me. They are even linking type 2 diabetes to transfats. Over half the material that makes a cell wall is lipids and the wrong ones play merry hell with normal metabolism as everything has to pass through in or out. I even had lupus symptoms for a while. Arthritis is like chronic back pain. Has to be experienced to truly understand the ramifications. Costco sells an inexpensive fish oil in gel caps. That and throw out all the transfats in the house. Give it 2 or 3 months. Doesnt hurt to try at this point.
