Pain in Neck, Shoulder and Back

Greetings:

For the past three days, I've had pain in my neck, shoulder and back that is

triggering

headaches. I've had this in the past and honestly, can never find a cause for

it such as

overdoing, sleeping funny, etc. I call it the " chicken and the egg " headache,

because

sometimes the headache triggers muscle spasms, sometimes the muscle spasms

trigger

the migraine-like headache.

Here's my question. With RA, can you experience pain from joints in the neck,

shoulder,

back region?
