Guest guest
I'm thinking of joining a gym - there are 3 ladies only gyms near me Curves, Body Shape and Contours. Does anyone feel that one gym is better than the other - all opinons would be appreciated. Guest guest
Hi Danna, I'm a member at Bodyshape and am quite happy there. They have lots of classes, enough equipment and the opening hours are also good. Only problem I have is that their personal trainers are all so young that I could have given birth to them and my 'attitude problem' prevents me from taking any advise/suggestions serious that comes from anorexic high school girls who never heard of an sciatic nerve (leave alone are able to locate it). But besides that, the gym is fine :-) As for Curves: their opening hours are ridiculous ! Here in Dee Why they open late and close early, including the fact that they are closed during lunch break. I also had the impression that the staff there isn't trained at all - but maybe you don't have to have a training/sports background for the circuit training they offer. I never heard of Contours - where is it and what do they have to offer ? Cheers, P.S. sent 2 emails to you (regarding the book talked about) since we met last year - did you receive them ? > > I'm thinking of joining a gym - there are 3 ladies only gyms near me > Curves, Body Shape and Contours. > > Does anyone feel that one gym is better than the other - all opinons > would be appreciated. > > Danna

Guest guest
- you make me laugh! I don't suffer a fool well either and I think Id have a problem with little upstarts like that too! Danna - I was a member of BodyShape for a while aswell and I thought it was great. Not only did it look and feel clean and new, but also didn't have that nasty pretentious feeling some gyms are known to have. I liked it. Friendly staff too. > > > > I'm thinking of joining a gym - there are 3 ladies only gyms near me > > Curves, Body Shape and Contours. > > > > Does anyone feel that one gym is better than the other - all opinons > > would be appreciated. > > > > Danna >
