Guest guest Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 Hi gang just thought I would drop in to say hi, I have given up trying to catch up on over 3 weeks of posts, but hope you are all well! I had a good xmas and NY break, had 3 weeks off work and just back this week. Band being very good, for the first time in my life i lost 1kg over xmas! I am now down to 87.5kg, which is beneath my 89kg pre pregnancy goal - woohoooo! I am trying to get back into my exercise routine, but after 3 weeks off it has been hard! I am planning to come to the Duck and to s. Would have loved a beach trip north tonight, but already have plans. Hope everyone is well and that all the new bandits are doing ok. Nic and - hope you had a good trip, look fwd to hearing all about it! Cherie - sorry we didnt manage to get together while you were home but hope you are feeling much better now.
