Hi Mel,

the weight is definately not melting off me - if it had been my first WLS

then it definately would have but i am finding watching what i eat alot easier

and it is very slowly coming off - 200 gms a week sort of thing but that

is because i have been overindulging with all the festivities!! I found that

since i have given up the 'vino' mid week has helped alot....dam!! I can

eat what i like - bread, meat etc but if i eat too quickly i feel really

nauseaus so i have to go slowly. Head hunger and greed are the usual enemies!!

Last night, I joined a gym!!!! I cant believe it because i am not a gym person

- i hate excerise but I had a heart to heart with myself and decided i haven't

been through all i have been through over the past 4 years not to suceed

to a certain extent! I only want to get to a size 18 on top and a 16 on the

bottom and thats not asking too much, is it?
