Dear Betty, Please dont hold back when at the Rheumy's office. I have that

same feeling of 'oh i dont want to sound like i'm complaining' and have held

back pretending everything is going great... When i'm just hurting myself in

the end. Like i'll be fine at the appt, but a few weeks to a month later i'm

struggling cuz i didnt ask for pain meds while i was there. Ask everthing and

anything that comes to mind. If you have questions before the appt, write

them down and take them! I've done it and glad i did. HUGS
