I can vouch that it is splendid and I would go out now and get the ingredients, but I cant so I am stuck here dreaming about it and the 4 other recipes that Mazz uploaded. I am going to make the caramello slice too – just to finish me off completely. Apricot and Lemon slice: 125g butter 1/2c sweetened condensed milk 250g malt biscuits - crushed 1 cup finely chopped dried apricots 1 tsp grated lemon rind 1 c coconut Add butter and condensed milk to pan and heat gently till butter melts. Mix all other ingreds then pour in liquid and press into lamington tin. Refrigerate 1 hour Icing 2 cups icing sugar 2 tb lemon juice 1 tsp grated lemon rind 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tb butter Mix all above and ice slice, sprinkle with 1-2 tb coconut and keep refrigerated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
