Guest guest
Thanks for your advise I'll have to try some then. Yes the meds do help, before I could barely sit down comfortably. now I'm actually cleaning the house again. Yeah! And the kids are back in school so I can take as mant breaks as I need to and no extra hands getting into things.<smile> Thank You so much! I also take Zanaflex and Ultram ER - the Zanaflex definately should help with your sleep, and the Ultram will take the edge off my pain and allow me to do what I need to daily. I hope it helps you too. I don't think we are every truly painfree - either with the RA or fibro, unfortunately, and with your disc problems too, I imagine you are very well acquainted with chronic pain. My daughter has carpal tunnel in both wrists, and has gotten good relief in wearing wrist splints during the night. She used to wake up in sooo much pain, and her hands would be numb, and now, by keeping her wrists in the proper position during the night, in the splints, she has had a great reduction in her carpal tunnel symptoms. Might be something for you to try too - Kathe in CA __________________________________________________
