That's incredible! How do you manage to get it so low?

Wow, that's great! Mine was 5.2, and for that my doc gave me a gold star,

:). My target BG range is 90-120.

I have found that I have a lot more trouble with carbs than I do sugar, a

bowl of pasta will shoot the BG up to 160, while a sweet dessert maybe 130.

Have any of you noticed the same thing? (My doc suggested allowing myself a

treat on rare occasions, but testing before and after to check the effects

on my BG)

My last one was 5.3, but one time I actually had a 4.8. Since then,

though, I can't repeat it. My endo calls me his " poster child for good

diabetes management, " although I'm far from a child, LOL. I do allow

myself a treat occasionally, but usually I get sugar-free treats.

Stover makes delicious SF candy, little miniatures. The trick

is to just eat one at a time.
