Guest guest
That's incredible! How do you manage to get it so low? Guest guest
Wow, that's great! Mine was 5.2, and for that my doc gave me a gold star, . My target BG range is 90-120. I have found that I have a lot more trouble with carbs than I do sugar, a bowl of pasta will shoot the BG up to 160, while a sweet dessert maybe 130. Have any of you noticed the same thing? (My doc suggested allowing myself a treat on rare occasions, but testing before and after to check the effects on my BG) On 9/11/06, Pacific NW Dew <dewdrop_mealine@...> wrote: > > , as a diabetic, I can tell you that 157 is a > VERY normal blood sugar or just slightly high, > but you said you had just eaten. Guest guest
My last one was 5.3, but one time I actually had a 4.8. Since then, though, I can't repeat it. My endo calls me his " poster child for good diabetes management, " although I'm far from a child, LOL. I do allow myself a treat occasionally, but usually I get sugar-free treats. Stover makes delicious SF candy, little miniatures. The trick is to just eat one at a time. Sue On Monday, September 11, 2006, at 06:55 PM, Overell wrote: > Wow, that's great!
