Just an update from Pat - still alive & kickin

Hi everyone: Just wanted to give you all an update. I had surgery

last Week 9-6-06 to remove a tumor from my left kidney and they ended

up removing the left kidney because in the dr's opinion it was cancer

and he wanted toget it all. I will not find out till sometime this

week the results of the pathology test. I was only in the hospital 2

days....they gave me an epidural for pain control and it was so

helpful...........It hurt alot at first but each time i moved it got

better. I am so glad to be home recuperating and I am determined to

be back at work in 2 weeks...............They were luckly to find the

tumor as all symptoms were on the other

side...............anyway...............I will keep you all updated

and thanks for everyone's good thoughts and

prayers...................All I am doing these days is resting and

getting better
