We drink and produce raw cow's milk and have for 7 years and we aren't dead from it!!! My husband grew up on raw goat's milk.

Raw milk sales in Iowa are strictly forbidden in any way, shape or form. if found out, the powers that be will serve you with a cease and desist order.

We have a small herd of Jersey and jersey cross cows. We also raise pastured poultry, laying hens for eggs and a few pastured, milk fed pigs every year. we also keep a few bee hives. We love to have people come out and visit the farm. we have a small following of like-minded people.

we have joined this group to see what other people are doing with raw milk, how they are doing it, how they deal with the regulations in their states and more. Look forward to reading the posts and visiting with others.

A side note to the owners and moderator: Should towns really be posted until one is more comfortable with the group? Especially for those that are selling "contraband" in states where it is illegal. Maybe a region or even just the state should be used. Just my opinion. thanks
