Guest guest
Thank you very much I am definite working on the soda issue, I will read and try the other options Subject: Re: Help I need to lower my triglycerides level of 369, Naturally if possible To: oxyplus Date: Sunday, September 14, 2008, 10:16 AM Two things lowered mine. A diet such as the one recommended in Protein Power (a book), or even perricone's book on diet for weight loss. You can eat that way but not lose weight if you don't need the loss. The other thing that made a radical difference for me is a hulda clark liver flush. You can see it on curezone.com in the liver/gall bladder flush section. It's not without risk, but most people don't have any problems. It changed my triglicerides radically. lastly, you need to stop the soda altogether. So sorry to tell you this but it's pure sugar and you won't improve without quitting. Maybe the occasional soda won't hurt, but not regular intake.
