You can get white willow bark. I used it extensively when I was battling. It is

natural aspirin. Not synthetic. Get it from www.liquidherbs.net

Get the biggest bottle they have and you take 1 T. every 15 minutes until the

pain subsides.

Bless you,

Johanne

Hi can anyone share some ideas about pain management? I tried DLPA but

sadly it didnt work for me. Have resorted to Advil but am concerned

about long term use. Just at the moment I'm needing something pretty

much most of the time. thx

Hi, Johanne! Do you know...would someone who has had ASA-triggered

asthma be safe taking the white willow bark?

TIA.

Thanks for the idea. I checked out the prices. It is $32 for 8 oz. This

is way beyond my means for what I would need. I'm guessing that

capsules arent as effective. Do you think it would be possible to empty

the capsules into water or something? thx

Accupressure can work wonders for pain but will take a bit of

learning. I'd suggest getting a book with good description and

photos. Finger Accupressure by Pedro Chan is an old book I picked up

from a used bookstore one day and it's fantastic. No idea if it's

still available.

dwntwngirl,

I Take 2 T virgin coconut oil with 1/4 tsp turmeric and dash of black pepper.

This keeps diabetic neuropathy away so far.  You can work up the vco slowly,

starting with 1/2 tsp every week interval until you get the 2 -3 T level to

avoid hesheimer, sometimes diarrhea.  VCO " sweeps " the body of some harmful

viruses/bacteria/fungi, etc.
