Guest guest
I have stumbled upon a gold mine. Google Scholar is a separate database of articles such as this one from the New England Journal of Medicine discussing a Listeria outbreak in PASTEURIZED milk. See http://content.nejm.org/cgi/content/abstract/312/7/404 Most of the articles are highly technical and reflect the bias that major universities have towards their corporate sponsors. Nevertheless, it is a quotable source whenever the scholasticism trumps stupidity, so you may want to check it out. There is even some really detail technical information on things like goat diseases. Don't send newbies to it because they will just bog down in the minutiae. This is a resource for your work.
