If you want therapeutic effect, you have wasted your money. You need an oxygen fed ozone generator if you are intending to put the product into your body. the air is not clean, being full of hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds. And you need an ozone generator with a safe internal mechanism. the cheap Chinese ozone generators that flood our shores are made with a single-dielectric which contaminates the ozone with aluminum. That is the last thing you want in your body. Caveat emptor (buyer beware). Best of Health! Dr. Saul Pressman New with questions I am new to ozone and ordered a machine before I did enough research. It is an inexpensive air fed generator. I was wondering if this is a good enough machine? I am also unsure how long to do water or oil for?
