, as long as you're doing everything else half right, try adding 500mg

2X/day of Vitamin B5. It's usually considered a stress vitamin but one  of the

things that go with it is it reduces triglycerides and ldl. I don't think it

will help raise hdl, though a little red wine and/or mild exercise might. I took

my ldl down to 71 and my triglycerides down to 98 naturally. I took my hdl up to

41 from 30. Good luck.   Jim

My cholesterol is 214, LDL is 106 HDL is 34 and triglycerides are 369 I

am 46 and I am a handyman, don't smoke or drink and I have started

cutting down on soda which was the only sweet that I just to do.

Can someone kindly recommend a diet, food or safe way to lower

triglycerides can eggplant or quaker oats do the trick?

thank you

---Check out " the Ph miracle " by robert Young. He gives you a slow

way of starting. It is a lifestyle. Great book on keeping your body

alkaline and reducing your different readings like glucose,

chloresterol etc and keeping pathongens and toxins from aging you and

getting sick. I have a lot of books on health and this one explains

it and gives you directions really well done. I do not agree with all

of it (but then I usually do not with any book) but I find what works

for me. However, this one really educates you thoroughly from the

inside out and it is good. It has been around for a while so you

should be able to get it for not much money.

  • 4 weeks later...

Two things lowered mine. A diet such as the one recommended in

Protein Power (a book), or even perricone's book on diet for weight

loss. You can eat that way but not lose weight if you don't need the

loss.

The other thing that made a radical difference for me is a hulda

clark liver flush. You can see it on curezone.com in the liver/gall

bladder flush section. It's not without risk, but most people don't

have any problems. It changed my triglicerides radically.

lastly, you need to stop the soda altogether. So sorry to tell you

this but it's pure sugar and you won't improve without quitting.

Maybe the occasional soda won't hurt, but not regular intake.

Blessings
