I have been quite sick, and in just no shape to make it to my " link to the

world " .....YOU!!!

I hate the stiffness, and swelling of the extremities

that accompany R.A., and that, my dear forever friends, is why I have been

silent, these few weeks! I am also worried about Pat, my dear friend in Oregon,

who underwent surgery on the sixth..

I plan to see if I can call her. Please pray for her, that she is doing o.k.?

Hi Ken,

Thank you for the positive energy sent my way. I am happy to see you

posting but sorry about the increased pain levels...wondered if that

was why..just like to know you guys are okay even if just a msg

through another friend here at the site since RA doesn't play fair.

I also missed Pat input as well but I think I saw a post from her

just now, will read it next.

I wonder how Ian's doing as well. he was fighting infectiion from

the humira b4. Hope all is well with that and there are a few

others. Maybe life is busy right now and they are all doing well. I

sure hope they are.

I too pull away to give the hands a break... to chase away the RA

blues by feeding my backyard birds or enjoying nature in some

way...to rejuvenate. I try to nip it (crakiness from pain) in the

bud the moment I notice however. Try to check in on those days just

to post a few lines.

Glad you are up enough to post today. Hope you start feeling better

soon. take it easy.
