The way it was explained to me was that once the muscle(s) got to that point of pain, they stay that way. Once they are calmed down (with the shots) they should stay relaxed. Ok, that's not exactly how it was said but hopefully I'm making some sense. I understand that you are getting sick of going to the doctors. I feel the same way. Sick and tired of being sick and tired. But the sooner you get the injections, the sooner you should start to feel better.
