Hi everyone:

I hope you dont mind me starting this new topic. But I need some

help and I thought maybe I wasnt the only one.

I am open to any and all ideas on how to make housecleaning easier on

this fragile Fibro, etc., body. Even though I come up with them

sometimes, with this fibro fog.....I forget them too and need

reminding. As hard as it is to do the housework, I HAVE to keep a

very clean house due to my severe allergies and sensitivities.

Any ideas for easy but very healthy meals? Crockpot meals? Etc.

One of my biggest frustrations is feeling like I can't keep up with

my daily chores.....and I feel it's the least I can do for my family.

Looking forward to some ideas.

Thanks,

/NY

Here's my input for now:

Black and Decker Scumbuster for heavy scrubbing (tubs, tiles, etc.)

Kaboom spray cleaner for Tiles and tubs

Using liquid soap prevents soap scum on tiles

Scrub brush on broom handle bought from hardware store for scrubbing.

Lightweight upright vacuum cleaner (under 12 lbs)for quick pick ups

For Easy French dip sandwiches.............

Frozen sandwich steaks broken up and fried

Heat beef broth (canned)and add some sauted onions and spices)

Spoon out onions to serve on sandwich and dip sandwich into broth.

Spinach Tortellini soup............

Canned Chicken broth, add a good amount of water to lower sodium count

Saute onions and garlic....add to broth with box of frozen spinach

and bag of frozen sausage or cheese tortellini. My family loves it.

Thanks. I'm going to try the tortellini soup tomorrow with some fresh spinach I

have sitting in the fridge.

My son has a very light rechargable vacuum cleaner that I use for pet hair on

the floor.

I'll try to think of any other tips.

Meg
