Fall down accident - need help

Long story short: My ankle twisted beneath me on a cracked sidewalk yesterday.

I was

taken by ambulance to the ER where x-rays were negative, yet damage substantial.

I

sprained my left knee and badly sprained my right ankle. The swelling and pain

are

substantial. The ER doctor prescribed me Percocet and it's only taking the edge

off.

Does RA make injuries worse? I've been told that I need to see an orthopedist

because all

the ligaments in my ankle may be torn.
