Guest guest
Ginger, your first step should be your PCP. Some of your labs are nothing to worry about, like the HDL, that is a GOOD thing, not a bad thing. He or she can explain the easy stuff away. Now, that sodium, how is it you are walking around like that? I can tell you that it is impossible so you must be mistaken. That is why you need to go see someone. Do not start with an endocrinologist, however. Your surgeon would have the most experience in managing this stuff, that is, specifically for your situation. I find it interesting that your PTH is back to normal, that is super! Now, the calcium you are taking must be enough, in that case. The D is apparently not affecting you badly. It is the PTH that tells us if your bones are dissolving. So your bones are thinning? In spite of a normal PTH? It is probably your fate. Mine, too, I bet. White skin, whatta ya gonna do about it? lol Marta punch drunk with fatigue now...
