We have a surgeon in the Dallas - Ft.Worth Area who is implanting women with silicone implants illegally. They are not being 'qualified' as silicone candidates. He provides no "Informed Consent", much less provide them with any 'research' information. His main office is in Arlington, and his last name id 'KORD'. I will do some research on him, and let you know what more I find! If you have been one of Dr. Kord's 'victims', please let me know!
