Guest guest
Back in February of this year I started to have pain in my right shoulder. The pain has changed over time, being more or less intense, moving down into my elbow and up the side of my neck. I have had periods where I could not undress myself and have even been brought to my knees with pain for minutes until it subsided. It went from being contantly in pain to only being painful with particular movements to now being constant and jabbing/throbbing. I have more movement now than I have for a long time and haven't had that 'bring me do my knees' pain for some time but it is getting more and more unbearable just because I am so tired of living in pain. I had an x-ray done and was told I have either a rotator cuff injury or osteoarthritis. This was back in April. I was given Ibuprofin and that actually made the pain much worse when I took it. I stopped and then started again just to be sure and then started taking Inflameze CMO, SerraEnzyme and ImmuCell Collagen supplements which I had taken for a 'rippled' miniscus in the past with great success. It doesn't seem to be helping with this unless the changes in the type and level of pain can be attributed. I recently went to see the doctor (Kaiser) again regarding this. A new doctor and he just wanted to x-ray again. I agreed, not really remembering that we had already done that back in April so I called and asked for an MRI instead. I haven't heard back yet. I'm wondering if there are any other ideas out there. I'm up for just about anything at this point. I was thinking of something that might be drawn in with DMSO? I've never used it and don't know what to pair with it in this case. Any thoughts at all from anyone?
