Janet,

I believe you need to visit the yahoo groups web site and unsubscribe yourself

from the list. That is where you would have signed up for these emails. Good

luck.

dear sir/madam, I wish for you to take me off the email list, I have

already asked you to do this and I am still getting emails through,

There is a link at the bottom of the page to unsubscribe. You can't unsubscribe

by just writing an email and asking to be taken off the group. Basically you are

asking the group members to take you off the list which they cannot do.

Hope that helps.

Hiya

I have changed your setting to no email, so you wont get any posts from us in a bit, I think it takes a few minutes for it to register in the system. So to read our posts you will have to log on to the site or I can change it to a daily digest.

Cheers!

It's also at the bottom of this e-mail - just click on Unsubscribe and it will tell you what else you need to do.
