Guest guest
Hi CLaudia, THe swelling sounds quite bothersome. I would call Dr K's office. I remember Joe having leg swelling from lack of protein I believe. I would call. It sounds like your swelling is more than just puffiness. You may very well be having a problem - however, I go through times where I eat a lot of food. Literally feel like I am starving. Then I have times that I call " low hunger " - I find these amazing - as I have never experienced " low hunger " in my life. I also have emotional eating binges - like I have since I was a young gal. I crave salt, sugar, and all kinds of different things. I even went on a several month long salad binge! Call the office. hugs, cindy lee > > Can someone please tell me why I'm craving salt? Guest guest
, Your legs are swollen because of the salt. I guess you know this. You need to get a grip somehow as this might affect your health such as your blood pressure. Whew! I am unsure what to tell you about this craving as mine was always sugar and candy cravings. Could you have anemia? Are you taking your vitamins? Marta
Guest guest
Some say it's related to estrogen levels: http://www.bluedragonfly.org/nastycravings.html Others sasy it's your mom's morning sickness: http://www.washington.edu/newsroom/news/1998archive/08-98archive/k081298b.html Then there's the electrolyte/adrenal fatigue thing. Wow...I guess the theories abound! > > Can someone please tell me why I'm craving salt? And the last week > or so, I've been eating like there is no tomorrow.
